InvestmentEurope has been invited to moderate the Nordic Investment Managers Forum taking place in Luxembourg at the Château de Septfontaines on 6 October.
Five Nordic asset managers will take part in an event that targets the local fund selector community.
The groups include Danske Invest, DNB, East Capital, Origo and Sparinvest, who represent a cross section of some of the best known larger as well as boutique investors.
Among the topics to be discussed include:
Global outlook: China’s slowdown (Kim Asger Olsen, Origo)
Danish Mortgage Bonds in an international perspective (Stig Brammer, Danske Invest, above)
Beyond the Frontier – Taking a wider View on Global Frontier Markets (Emre Akcakmak, East Capital)
Quantitative Investing: The long term focus (David Bakkegaard Karsbøl, Sparinvest)
Strong, stable earnings in the TMT sectors – from buzzwords to scalable business models (Anders Tandberg-Johansen, DNB)
Moderating the day’s discussions will be Jonathan Boyd, editor of InvestmentEurope and responsible for Nordic market coverage for the magazine and online.
Delegates will also have time to network and take part in lunch at the venue.
Latest information on the event is available from the NIMF LinkedIn event page: Nordic Investment Managers Forum
A report on the event will also follow in the next issue of InvestmentEurope – along with reports on other recent events hosted by IE in Copenhagen and Hamburg.
