KBC Asset Management has proceeded to the liquidation of the KBC Bonds Global Emerging Opportunities last 9 April, InvestmentEurope has learned.
The vehicle was a sub-fund of the Luxembourg-domiciled KBC Bonds Sicav whose board assessed the fund’s assets under management plummeted to a level that was no more enabling its efficient management.
The KBC Bonds Global Emerging Opportunities was mainly invested in high-yield securities of the global emerging market universe denominated in local currencies.
It had been launched in September 2015.
