WHIreland has appointed Rupert Yeoward as deputy head of Wealth Management and promoted Roddy Buchanan (pictured) to head of Wealth Management, reporting directly to CEO Richard Killingbeck.
Buchanan was previously deputy head of Private Clients, takes over from Richard Killingbeck, who will now focus on his role as CEO of the WHIreland Group PLC.
Yeoward joins from a position as an independent wealth management consultant and having previously worked for Rathbone Investment Management and Deutsche Bank, will focus on WHIreland’s regional offering in the new role. He will be responsible for leading and developing the private wealth regional offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Poole.
Commenting on the news, Richard Killingbeck said, “The appointments of Roddy and Rupert continues our programme of change across the division. Their extensive combined experience will be instrumental in the strengthening and development of our wealth management proposition. Working closely together, the pair will help WHIreland continue to be a forward looking, market-led wealth business, dedicated to enhancing our clients’ wealth.”
