Investify, digital asset management company and headquartered in Luxembourg, opened its first German location in Aachen. This will let customers to conclude contracts under German law. Aachen will be the second branch of the Fintechs.
Investify has a license for financial portfolio management and is regulated by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). The license is the counterpart to the German 32-KWG license of the Bafin.
“For Investify, the Luxembourg license provides a good basis for the expansion into other European countries”, said Tobias Haustein, responsible for the platform technology and also co-founder of Investify.
The company offers investors a digital asset management in the form of equity and bond ETFs. This basic investment is supplemented by sector- and topic-based investment strategies, which investors can assemble according to their expectations.
