Gemcorp Capital, a London-headquartered investment management firm focused on emerging markets debt and equities, has announced Gemcorp Group is entering the Russian market and launching Gemcorp Russia.
Albert Sagiryan has been appointed CEO of Gemcorp Russia.

Sagiryan joins from Sberbank CIB where he headed the bank’s Structured Products Sales and Derivatives business.
He was previously a managing director and co-head of Financing Group for Russia and CIS at Goldman Sachs. He also had a senior banking role at JPMorgan with responsibility for debt capital markets origination in Russia and CIS.
