Global asset manager Insight Investment has opened an office in Frankfurt for its institutional business in Germany and Austria.
It is located in the Messeturm in Frankfurt’s Westend-Süd district. The company has been working with institutional investors in Germany since 2007 and currently manages €681bn worldwide.
Olaf John, head of Business Development Europe at Insight Investment is in charge of the new location. He is supported by Wolfgang Murmann, head of Solutions for Germany and responsible for the development of risk management concepts such as liability and cash flow driven investments as well as the transfer of longevity risks.
The company’s expansion focuses on providing asset and risk management concepts to institutional investors in the world’s important markets: UK, Germany, US, Canada, Australia and Japan. Insight customers in the EU member states are looked after by the provider’s management company in Ireland and the new German office, as well as the UK headquarters.
