Zurich Italia has named Roberta Marracino as head of business innovation and market management in a move to boost the group’s performance in Italy.
Milan-based Marracino will be responsible for bringing and accelerating innovation in product and client proposition, and for leading marketing and communication activities targeting final clients and distribution channels across the region.
Marracino joins Zurich Italia from SACE – a joint-stock company owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group – where for more than four years she was the executive director of the Studies and Communication Area responsible for designing and reshaping the firm’s digital proposition.
Prior to that, she worked as director of Communication and Research at McKinsey and Company for the Mediterranean area (Italy, Turkey, Greece, Iberia) after having been responsible for the Strategic Analysis of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and Capgemini Consulting.
Marracino also worked as manager of Strategic Analysis Department for the BNP Paribas Group for some two years and a half.
