Fidelity International has launched digital asset management ‘Fidelity Wealth Expert’ in Germany. With this launch, Fidelity wants to meet the changing needs of digital savers and investors.
Fidelity Wealth Expert combines a digital advisory route with personal contact with Fidelity experts. Clients receive recommendations for an actively managed personal portfolio based on their risk profile and long-term financial goals. The digital advisory route and the resulting recommendation comply with the legal requirements for regulated asset management.
Portfolios are managed by Fidelity. For the funds used, Fidelity selects the investment strategies of the world’s best active asset managers, specialists in specific regions, sectors and asset classes. The portfolios are reviewed on a daily basis and adjusted if necessary to help clients achieve their financial goals in the best possible way.
It provides access to actively managed portfolios managed by Fidelity’s Multi Asset team. The team has more than 20 years of investment experience on average and manages around €38bn for clients around the world. The multi-asset team is supported by Fidelity’s global research, which consists of around 400 investment professionals.
The cost of the platform consists of two components: first, an annual asset management fee of 0.55%. Added to this are fund costs, which comprise the administrative costs of the individual funds in the portfolio. The average fund costs are 0.58 to 0.68% per year. The minimum investment amount is €10,000.
