Ambrosetti Asset Management SIM has signed a partnership with Banca Generali for the development of a Systematic Financial Research and Analysis process, Italy’s site Milano Finanza has revealed.
Ambrosetti Asset Management, an independent evidence-based advisory company led by Riccardo Ambrosetti, will make its know-how available to the private bank with the aim of offering objective analyses on portfolios through the use of the EBPA proprietary model (Evidence Based Performance Analysis).
The model allows for a proper development of asset allocation, selection and market timing components, in order to create highly effective customised analysis protocols. The EBPA model allows to extract information directly from financial data, proposing three methods of providing investment ideas, the result of proprietary protocols consolidated in the 15 years’ experience of Ambrosetti Asset Management SIM.
Riccardo Ambrosetti, president and founder of Ambrosetti Asset Management SIM said: “This collaboration highlights how the most advanced part of the domestic asset management is ready to rely on innovative and structured know-how, and to exploit the potential of the Evidence Based approach. I am very satisfied with this partnership that allows us to combine the specialised skills of Banca Generali, underlining the high effectiveness of the systematic approach, already demonstrated over the years.”
