The wealth management division of Solventis has hired Bernat Raventós to join the discretionary portfolio management team in a move aimed at bolstering a service started in 2005.
Raventós joins Solventis from Anchor Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for the analysis and selection of funds.
Prior to that, he worked as a forex market analyst, a role he combined with that of corporate finances teacher at the Barcelona-based university Pompeu Fabra-ESCI.
Solventis manages several collective investment institutions, like the Solventis EOS and Solventis APOLO, alongside the firm’s discretionary mandates. The manager also has two pension plans, Solventis EOS PP – with five stars Morningstar, rated as the best pension fund of its category (eurozone equity) in 2016 -, and Solventis Cronos PP, a pure fixed income fund for participants closer to their retirement age.
