Daniel Lüscher has decided to retire from his position as chairman of Raiffeisenbank Aarau-Lenzburg as on 30 June 2019. Board of directors of the bank have appointed Stefan Schenkel as his successor, effective 1 July 2019.
Schenkel has been a member of the bank management since December 2014 and manages the customer business. He has made his career mainly in a large regional bank in various management positions. This included the multi-year management of a business office and the private banking of a whole region. He brings with him a broad range of professional and managerial experience, providing the best conditions for the new position.
Lüscher will remain with the Raiffeisenbank until the middle of 2021, in conjunction with his early retirement, to take care of special projects.
