Tikehau Capital has appointed Peter Westmacott, ex-British ambassador to the US, France and Turkey as president of its international advisory board in a bid to expand its business in Asia.
The French alternative asset manager has also hired four members to the board: Nobuyuki Idei former chairman and CEO of Sony Corporation, François Pauly, chairman of Compagnie Financière la Luxembourgeoise, former Japanese ambassador Kenichiro Sasae and Fernando Zobel de Ayala, president of the Ayala Corporation.
The international advisory board meets several times per year to exchange on global economic geopolitical prospects and analyses their potential impacts on the markets where Tikehau Capital operates.
