Arkéa Investment Services (Arkéa IS), the asset management and private banking arm of the group Arkéa, has made four appointments in a move aimed at strengthening its marketing and sales teams.
Guillaume David joins the firm as marketing director, Fabien Perez as head of External Distribution, Laurent Dumonteil as a senior salesperson in the External Distribution unit, and Christelle Ajavon as a senior salesperson too to the company's International division.
David, who will be reporting to COO François Deltour, will be responsible for leading and coordinating Arkéa IS's marketing activities including Federal Finance Gestion, Schelcher Prince Gestion and Arkéa Banque Privée. He started his career as head of marketing products at Allianz GI in 2005.
Perez, reporting to commercial director Fabrice Neyroumande, began his career at Société Générale CIB as a financial engineer on Ucits structured products. In 2011 he moved to UBS AM as sales manager for wholesale customers in France and Monaco.
For the past two decades, Dumonteil has held senior positions in fund distribution at various companies, including Mandarin Gestion.
Ajavon, joins the firm's International division from Amundi, where she was business development manager for 10 years based in London.

The recruitment of these experts in the asset management sector is part of our strategy to provide development support to our services affiliates, in particular distribution, marketing and public relations."
With a network of expert boutiques including Federal Finance Gestion, Schelcher Prince Gestion, SWEN Capital Partners, Vivienne Investissement, Tangerine Gestion and Arkéa Private Banking, Arkéa IS' assets under management amount to around €52bn.
