Natixis Investment Managers (Natixis IM) steps up its commitment to the Iberian market with the appointment of Daniel Pingarrón as sales manager for Iberia.
The hire is in line with the firm's business plans for the region and follows the appointment of Bruno Ruiz also as a sales manager in July last year. Both Pingarrón and Ruiz, who joined Natixis from Cobas AM, will be reporting to Almudena Mendaza, Natixis IM's Iberia head of sales.
With over a decade of financial experience, particularly in capital markets roles, Pingarrón joins the French manager from the Barcelona-based investment house Trea AM.
He previously worked at Alphavalue holding senior roles including head of sales for Spain and Portugal. He also worked at IG Markets, where he was responsible for the firm's institutional sales department and for its business development across both Iberia and Latin America.
