Andrej Brodnik leaves Jupiter Asset Management (Jupiter AM). He has been managing sales of Jupiter in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2013, was promoted to head of Continental European Sales in 2016.
Jupiter Asset Management has appointed Karl Banyai as head of Germany and Austria in agreement with Global Distribution Team. He succeeds Brodnik.
Since joining in 2014, Banyai has successfully built up Jupiter's business in Austria and will now expand his role and work equally for both countries.
A new sales manager for Europe will be appointed shortly. Andrea Boggio, currently head of Italy, will take over the newly created position of deputy head of Continental European Sales and temporarily head the Europe-wide responsibilities.
In addition, John Tevenan has been appointed to the new role of global head of Financial Institutions Group. Tevenan, currently head of UK Sales, has been with Jupiter since 2010 and has been with the industry for 28 years. Jupiter will appoint a new head of UK Sales in due course. Until then, John Tevenant will continue to be responsible for the British team.
Matteo Dante Perruccio, most recently head of Global Key Clients & Strategic Partners, has decided to leave the company. Perruccio was previously a non-executive member of the Jupiter board for eight years. In 2015, he was appointed executive adviser.
