Wealthcap has launched its own solution for high net worth private investors on the market.
The real asset investment concept "Wealthcap Real Estate Germany 43" is targeted to the individual needs of private banking clients. For this purpose, a new fee and price structure has been developed. Participations can invest from a minimum investment amount of €50,000 plus a 3.5 percent sales charge. The projected annual distribution is 3.7 percent, with a planned fund term of 12 years.
"Private banking clients are looking for profit and opportunity-oriented concepts. Through the fund, we offers the opportunity of investing in an investment property to diversify their diversified investor portfolios," said Gabriele Volz, managing director of Wealthcap.
One possible investment focus is the German office real estate market with a clear focus on future and growth regions.
The fund complements Wealthcap's existing demand-driven investment platform and helps bridge the supply gap between retail and institutional investors. In addition to tailor-made product expansion for private banking clients, Wealthcap will soon complement its range of services with a sustainability fund dedicated to churches and foundations.
