Allianz Real Estate appoints new CEO France

Allianz Real Estate has appointed Barbara Koreniouguine as CEO of Allianz Real Estate France.

As of 1st September 2015, she will lead Allianz Real Estate in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Koreniouguine will also join the executive committee of Allianz Real Estate and will be reporting to Olivier Piani, CEO at Allianz Real Estate.

Koreniouguine spent the last 6 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate where she held successively the roles of deputy chief executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate Residential and Corporate Property, executive chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate Commercial and Residential Development and finally member of the board and chief operating officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2008, she was managing director of Icade Tertial.

Koreniouguine is also chairman of the Cercle des Femmes de l’Immobilier, a woman network in property in France.

Allianz Real Estate France manages around €7.7bn.
