Deutsche AWM reshuffles French real estate team

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (Deutsche AWM) has appointed Virginie Walckenaer and Katia Nait-Bouda within its real estate investment team in France.

Walckenaer has been hired as head of Asset Management, France, Belgium and Luxembourg whilst Nait-Bouda has been appointed as asset manager.

Chiara Randazzo has been promoted as head of Investments France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

All three are based in Paris and report to Cédric Dujardin, head of Alternatives and Real Assets, France, Belgium and Luxembourg at Deutsche AWM.

Prior to joining the firm, Walckenaer worked at Primonial REIM where she was responsible for managing offices assets. She also worked as an asset manager at Invesco Real Estate and  Halverton REIM.

Formerly, Nait-Bouda worked as asset manager at Primonial REIM.

The value of real estate assets managed by Deutsche AWM in Paris amounts to over €2bn.
