France domiciled funds see outflows in June

France domiciled funds have faced €22bn outflows in June, according to French analyst EuroPerformance.

Assets invested in France domiciled Ucits funds have reached €823bn, down 4.4% compared to May 2015 but up 7.16% since the beginning of the year.

Money market funds have seen €23bn outflows. AUM amounted to €269.47bn, dropping by 7.83% on a month-on-month basis but rising by 5.31% since January.

Outflows have also concerned bond funds (€1.09bn). Assets under management have hit €109.8bn, down 2.28% compared to May and up 4.98% since the start of the year.

Equity funds have recorded €413.6m inflows. At end June, AUM have reached €239.3bn, down 3.77% mom but up 10.49% since the beginning of 2015.

At the end of Q1 2015, France domiciled funds AUM amounted to €838.5bn, a cap they have not reached since 2011 according to EuroPerformance.
