Primonial REIM appoints head of Asset Management

French property manager Primonial REIM has appointed Nicolas Leonnard as head of Asset Management.

He will be managing all real estate assets of the firm whose total value amounts to €5bn and oversee the teams investing in offices buildings, retail, schools and health centers.

Prior to joining Primonial REIM, Leonnard has been working for seven years as head of Asset Management Retail at AEW Europe.

Formerly, he held positions at Unibail-Rodamco such as deputy head of Asset Management. He was in charge of managing retail assets.

He also worked at Axa REIM as portfolio manager retail and offices.

Founded in 2011, Primonial REIM has €4.2bn of assets under management as at 31 December 2014.

Mona Dohle speaks German and Dutch, she is DACH & Benelux Correspondent for InvestmentEurope. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist in Egypt and Palestine.
