Kennedy Wilson appoints head of European Asset Management

Property manager Kennedy Wilson Europe has appointed Mike Pegler as head of European Asset Management, excluding Ireland.

Prior to joining the firm, Pegler has been a managing director of Blackstone Real Estate in London during the ten past years.

Formerly, he worked over eight years within the investment team of Deloitte where he gained expertise in private equity and real estate funds.

Founded in 1977, Kennedy Wilson is headquartered in Beverly Hills with 25 offices in the US, UK, Ireland, Spain, Jersey and Japan.

In 2014, the firm launched a £1bn (€1.4bn) IPO of Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate, making it the second largest real estate IPO in the history of the London Stock Exchange.
