Brooks Macdonald appoints deputy chief executive

UK-based wealth manager Brooks Macdonald has announced the appointment of Andrew Shepherd (pictured) as its deputy chief executive with immediate effect.

Andrew was previously executive director and joint managing director of Brooks Macdonald Asset Management Limited (BMAM). He shared his position of join managing director with Nick Holmes, who will now become sole managing director.

Chris Macdonald, Chief Executive of Brooks Macdonald, commented: “I would like to congratulate both Andrew and Nick on their appointments. I am looking forward to working alongside Andrew in his new role as Deputy Chief Executive. He has been a core part of the Group’s management team for the last 7 years. His appointment will provide me with more time to focus on delivering the Group’s growth ambitions.”
